The Styleopia Way

Co-Constructive Design

Styleopia’s approach to Architecture and Interior Design is best described as “Co-Constructive Design”. It is at the heart of our ethos.

We help you to discover what brings you satisfaction and breathes new life into your home, as we explore the options and possibilities for your project and your budget. The design decisions you make in your project reflect you, and have both relevance and a place within your day to day living.

Great design is a truly collaborative and thoughtful journey, a journey we have been taking with our clients since 2004.

Styleopia provides a full Interior Architecture Service.

The realisation of a design project can be a rewarding, fulfilling and self affirming statement of being. Its success is as much about understanding yourself and your nearest and dearest, as it is about the physical elements of any construction, renovation or decoration. The key is how to unlock, discover and apply your own unique personality to the design decisions you make.

Great design is not just functional, but personal, thoughtful, tailored and considered. Intelligent design not only makes use of well trodden standardised and cost effective approaches, but also improves and delivers them in smart ways to be innovative and relevant to you and your way of living in the world.

At the beginning of a project, whether it be new build or renovation, often clients are not involved in this critical process and can be left with a set of soulless architectural plans, that speak of the external envelope but not of the interior, where they live.

Co-Constructive Design is a new approach, and this approach might be what you are looking for.

We have just completed a sizeable build/complete renovation.
Having been underwhelmed by our renowned architect ideas and proposals I enlisted Paula’s advice and expertise…she turned it around for us and saved the day! She really listened understood our style and got us back on track and really restored my confidence. She painstakingly redrew our entire plans - nothing is too much trouble and we ended up fail safe floor plans.
She can add huge value having both the structural knowledge coupled with an amazing flair for interiors with space planning. She has an incredible eye for detail and advocated lots of practical solutions and suggestions to help plan our space and busy family household function well.
We are thrilled with the end result, have great proportions and beautiful spaces!
Thank you so very much!
